Practice Focus

Diane Lambillotte focuses on procuring and protecting trademark rights, both domestically and internationally, for a variety of clients. She provides counseling and assistance in the adoption, protection and management of trademarks; prosecutes applications for registrations of trademarks before the US Patent and Trademark Office; and participates in inter partes proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also represents clients in various disputes involving intellectual property rights, including trademarks and domain names.

While in law school, Diane served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Laughlin E. Waters, US District Court for the Central District of California.
